If you are unable to access your account, please contact your OnePoint service representative directly or call us toll-free at (866) 938-5835. You will be connected to a friendly support rep at our main office who can help you get back on track.
Please visit the OnePoint HCM Login page and enter your unique Company ID to access your company’s home page login screen. There you will find instructions to reset your password. If you do not have access to your Company ID or unique URL, contact your company’s HR department or system administrator to reset your user account.
Make sure that you are using the specific Company ID provided by your HR Department. Your Company ID might be a variation of your company’s name.
