OnePoint Introduces an Improved Timesheet Experience

In our latest software release, we’ve introduced a new timesheet experience. We’ve focused on enhancing the timesheets with more information so it’s easier to use identify critical time data and exceptions.  For example new colored flags give managers greater visibility into exceptions like overtime, meal penalties and late punches. The new layout follows responsive design standards providing a more consistent timesheet experience across all devices.

These are some of the new improved timesheet experience usability enhancements ready for you to start using!

  • Functionality: Easily read and edit data, now reorganized to flow from left to right.
  • Flexibility: Upload documents straight to the timesheet.
  • Multi-EIN Support Gain real-time visibility into time punches and total time worked across different locations/EIN easy.
  • Usability: View and manage exceptions right from a time entry, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate tab.
  • Ease: View all time entry notes in one place, so you don’t have to hunt each individual note down and identify the timesheet at a glance.
